Design and deliver high-quality research projects aligned with client objectives; lead client relationships from brief through to final deliverables; manage and mentor a team of researchers across varying levels; oversee resource planning, project workflows, and capacity management; contribute to internal process improvements and broader team strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quantitative research (qualitative experience a plus)
• A consultative, problem-solving approach to client needs
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of written English
• Proven ability to extract insights and tell stories from data
• Experience managing teams and developing talent

Work arrangement

Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid working

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office.
