OverviewAssociate Director / Technical Director Structures - London role at Tetra Tech Europe. Lead and help grow an expanding team of structural engineers based in our London Angel Court office. Reporting to the national lead of Structural Engineering, you will manage the existing team and help develop the team through recruitment and winning work. You will develop links with sister Tetra Tech companies to widen our offering to include structural engineering and develop new clients in the London marketplace. You will be supported by an established team of other senior directors in London as well as other structural engineering technical directors nationally.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the London structural engineering team and manage day-to-day delivery to programmed cost.Recruit staff and help win work to develop the team and the business.Develop links with sister Tetra Tech companies to widen the offering in structural engineering.Develop new clients in the London marketplace.Collaborate with other senior directors and national technical directors to ensure coordinated delivery.QualificationsChartered Civil or Structural engineer with extensive post-chartership experience across a range of projects, sectors and material types.Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership of a small team.Understanding of business finance on projects and responsibility for delivery to programmed cost for the team.About Tetra TechTetra Tech is a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide.
