OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead and grow our Geo-Environmental Services team. This senior role combines technical excellence, strategic oversight, and people leadership to deliver high-impact projects across contaminated land assessment, site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and remediation strategies. Flexible hybrid working (dependent on projects and site visits).ResponsibilitiesOversee complex geo-environmental projects from scoping to deliveryLead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technical teamBuild lasting client relationships and drive business developmentManage financial performance, budgets, and KPIsChampion health, safety, and compliance across all projectsInfluence long-term strategy and market positioningQualificationsDegree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related disciplineExtensive consultancy experience in contaminated land, ground investigations, and remediationProven leadership in managing teams, projects, and client relationshipsStrong knowledge of UK environmental and planning regulationsTrack record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsOpen pathways to Director level.
