Buckden Partners have been mandated to search for an Associate Director/VP on behalf of one of our clients who are an alternative lender within Real Estate Finance.This is an opportunity for someone looking to develop fully into an origination role or has 1-3 years experience in origination.You will be responsible for sourcing and networking through a professional network in order to bid for new business transactions.Our client focusses on Development finance transactions from £5million to £100million.Once the loan has been agreed the transaction is executed and managed by a separate team, however you will stay close to the deal.Ideally you will have experience in Development Finance but not essential.
