They are now looking to expand their Bedford office with an Associate-level Town Planner.Role & ResponsibilitiesTake the lead on projects, working closely with the DirectorsDevelopment management and plan/policy workManage planning applications for a variety of scale projectsPlanning appeal managementLocal plan representationsSite promotion and local plan examinationPublic inquiry workAssist in mentoring and developing the wider teamManage client relations and expectations, including new business development and expanding on existing relationships.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of experience post-qualification (private or public sector)Degree qualified in Town Planning or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
