Overview Frazer is the UKs leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions - for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors. We are in search of a Branch Director to lead the Exeter branch, who is passionate about great service. Hours are 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Location: Frazer, Matford Business Centre, Silverton Road, Exeter EX2 8ND. Frazer is part of STARK Building Materials UK. Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement Collaborate with the wider network to support customer requirements and business activities Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations Build effective relationships with suppliers Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills And Experience
Previous leadership experience within Building Material distributor Strong sales aptitude Driving Licence is required Alignment with company values and ways of working Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive sales for this role Strong communication and commercial awareness to empower the team to provide great customer service
