Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join our Architecture & Building Surveying (ABS) team.You will be based in our Cirencester office, focusing on:• Contract administration and project monitoring• Building surveys and report writing• Schedules of Condition and preventative maintenance programmes• Preparing tenders and contract documents• Advising on contractor and designer appointments and procurement routes• Scheme design and specifications• Schedules of dilapidations• Preservation and conservation of historic buildings• Full understanding of CDM2015 duties• Building regulations applications• Demonstrating professional building surveying expertise• Managing client relationships with high standards of client care• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and managing relationships independently• Leading and developing junior staff• Contributing to service line standards and acting as a skills leader• Awareness of RICS guidelines and best practices related to Party Wall Act, project management, Employers Agent, and Reinstatement Cost AssessmentsClick here to download the full job specification.
