An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Director to join a highly successful and growing commercial finance firm specialising in alternative investments. This is a key leadership role for a driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives on building business, developing networks, and delivering results.
You’ll be working remotely as part of an ambitious, forward-thinking team, leading the charge on expanding the firm’s client base across high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and professional investors both in the UK and internationally.
The Role
As Business Development Director, you will:
* Lead all sales efforts across a portfolio of investment products, including listed and unlisted securities, fixed-interest and fixed-term bonds, and bespoke alternative investments.
* Build, manage, and grow relationships with HNWIs, family offices, professional investors, and key introducers.
* Leverage your existing network while creating new opportunities across global markets.
* Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, market trends, and emerging investment opportunities.
* Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
