DNA Recruit are partnering with a Global Creative Agency working across Social, PR, Experiential, and Influencer Marketing, who are looking for a Business Director to join their team on a contract basis, with the possibility to move into a permanent role.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across Social, PR, Experiential, Influencer, and Partnerships.
• Oversee commercial planning, budgets, and resourcing to maximise profitability.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients, shaping briefs and campaign direction.
• Ensure delivery excellence, balancing creative ambition with practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster a high-performing, cohesive agency culture.
• Track performance metrics and provide insight-led recommendations for growth.

 
Requirements:

• Must come from a leading social-first agency.
• Extensive experience managing senior clients and leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Strategic thinker with creativity and a passion for social and culture-driven campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.

 
Salary: £75K-£80K

This contract role is due to start in September 2025, initially running until December 2025, with the opportunity to convert to permanent.
