About Ogilvy Fan EngagementWe fuel fandom to drive business impact for our clients. For Rights Holders, Leagues and Teams, we help them understand, grow, engage and monetise their fans. For Brands, we help them reach and engage fans through partnership activation that turns fans into consumers. We work with major Rights Holders in sport and with global/ regional brands that activate partnerships in sports.We’re a team of passionate fan engagement and capability experts across the Ogilvy Network. We’re looking to add top-tier talent to our growing team. Key ResponsibilitiesTake a lead role on our biggest fan engagement account and a new partnership account, both in motorsport.Demonstrate strong understanding of and experience with Rights Holders and Brand Partnerships in sports, and the business of sport as a channel to reach audiences.Be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in shaping and delivering fan engagement strategies and experiences.Adopt an empathetic view of fan motivations across different sports and fandoms; be insight-driven and able to translate data into action.Lead multi-channel fan engagement initiatives across a fragmented media landscape; strength in direct-to-fan engagement, relationship management, and monetisation of fandom.Develop and implement CRM strategies leveraging first-party data to enhance fan experiences and drive business results.Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams; manage large stakeholder groups and partnerships.Partner with client leads to deliver business results and grow the agency–client relationship.Support growth in sports through lead generation, pitches, proposals, and market presence.
