Overview

We have been engaged by a leading Hard FM & Project's FM provider to secure a Business Unit Director for a number of key London based customers. Our client operates and delivers engineering services into some of London's most iconic and prestigious workplace locations. You will be responsible for the below areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop a long term strategy for growth and development across the customer base
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in all aspects of the FM delivery
• Oversee all financial aspects of the portfolio and deliver monthly P&L reporting to the board
• Develop relationships with multiple senior stakeholders to drive contract scope
• Work closely with the business development team to realise future customer opportunities
• Provide performance reports to senior leadership, detailing statutory compliance, operational performance, and key business risks
• Lead and develop a high performing contract management team

Qualifications

We are looking for a business minded and entrepreneurial leader, you must have the ability to manage and drive a business in its entirety and adopt a client first and customer centric persona. A background delivering and managing hard FM services at a senior level is imperative.

Base pay range: City of London area, United Kingdom $105,000.00-$115,000.00
