Opportunity

Somersault is looking for an exceptional, B2B experienced, Client Services Director / Account Director to help maintain and grow our relationship with a portfolio of existing clients.

About the role

  • Senior client relationship director with strong relationship building and B2B agency experience.
  • Drive growth, deliver revenue and profit against targets.
  • Trusted advisor to senior marketing clients, understanding their business and industry.
  • Structured, organised, delivering agreed growth and development objectives.
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing principles and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, embed Somersault as a trusted multi‑service partner.
  • Lead and advise on strategic growth within large accounts.
  • Deliver revenue and profit as per targets.
  • Understand each client’s business, industry and combine best practice frameworks with new ideas.
  • Manage B2B clients and demonstrate track record of growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in agency relationship management or similar digital/tech business.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic marketing principles and digital marketing.
  • Commercially astute, comfortable in sales and negotiation.
  • Proven sustained relationship growth and significant revenue delivery.

Benefits and Package

£65-75k base salary, up to 20% annual bonus, 25 days annual leave, birthday and Christmas Eve holidays, enhanced pension contributions.

Location & Working

Hybrid with 2–3 days in office near Cambridge.
