Our client is a leading European Customer Experience Transformation business who are leading all engagements with AI & Automation.


They work with some of the world’s largest B2C & B2B organisations across various industries, delivering exceptional digital customer experiences through our unique blend of expertise, technology, and insight.


They are looking for an Account Director or Client Director to join their sales team, with a primary focus on driving growth in the international market.


The Account Director will be responsible for the strategic development and long-term retention of two high-value global client accounts. This role holds critical strategic importance and carries a £2m GP quota per year. Acting as the executive sponsor and primary commercial lead, the Client Director will own the end-to-end international sales strategy and execution for the accounts. Success will be measured through quota achievement, account expansion, client satisfaction, and the ability to deliver transformation through consultative, insight-led selling.



You MUST have:

  • Extensive B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 10 years managing major strategic accounts - you'll be managing no more than 5 clients in your role today
  • Demonstrable success in growing a large account through insight-led, consultative selling.
  • In-depth understanding & experience selling AI, Data & Automation software & services
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a technology-related field.
