Client Director -Data, AI & Technology Consultancy

Location: London (Hybrid -2–3 days per week in office)

Salary: £80,000- £100,000 base + OTE circa £180,000

The Opportunity

They are now seeking an experienced Account Director / Client Partner to join their high-performing commercial team. This is a senior sales role focused on driving growth across priority verticals, managing the full sales cycle, and developing long-term consultative relationships.

The position suits a commercially driven individual with a blend of hunter and farmer mentality-able to open doors, expand relationships, and deliver solutions that make a measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and expand key client accounts, fostering long-term strategic relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across target verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the business at client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in consultative sales, ideally within data, technology, or professional services.

  • Adept at balancing new business development with relationship growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to one or more of the listed verticals is highly advantageous.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
