Overview

Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Client Director. As a Client Director, you will play a key role in driving the agency's growth. Working within the Growth Team, your focus will be on maximising revenue opportunities, delivering outstanding results for clients, and leading high-performing teams to ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Take charge of analyzing situations and developing strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Oversee account and budget management, ensuring adherence to financial best practices.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Review client briefs and relevant data to assess situations and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Marketing Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of marketing channels and planning to create tailored strategies that meet client needs.
  • Pitch Leadership: Lead pitch teams and engage clients throughout the process to secure compelling presentations and successful outcomes.
  • Strategy Development: Craft high-impact marketing and brand strategies that address client needs and goals, communicating them clearly to the team and clients.
  • Insightful Research: Conduct thorough research, distill key insights, and communicate them effectively to guide decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage large-scale client accounts, including budgets of £1m+, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
  • Experience: 8+ years within a marketing agency.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing agency (as listed in responsibilities).
