Planning Director

The purpose of this role is to own the daily client relationship and deliver on all elements of planning and delivery. The Planning Director will implement the strategic vision for the client, achieve financial targets and build a trusted relationship with the client.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated brand and performance planning solutions across multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Develop transformational cross‑channel planning to deliver best‑in‑class activation and innovation.
  • Manage client contacts, set expectations and communicate clearly.
  • Support commercial opportunities for cross‑dentsu growth and client satisfaction scoring.

Qualifications

  • Multi‑channel planning experience with broad knowledge of channels.
  • Confident presenter capable of managing mid‑senior level clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to derive consumer and category insight from planning tools (e.g., Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCS).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the drive to innovate within a performance mindset.
