Role Overview

The Purpose of this role is to own the day‑to‑day client relationship and planning delivery. You will implement the strategic vision, deliver financial targets and build trusted relationships with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated brand and performance planning solutions while ensuring market‑leading client service and satisfaction.
  • Build strong trust‑based client and cross‑agency relationships.
  • Develop and drive transformational cross‑channel planning to deliver best‑in‑class activation and innovation through iProspect’s and Dan products and services.
  • Manage client contacts effectively by setting clear expectations and communicating.
  • Support commercial opportunities for cross‑Dentsu growth and drive cross‑agency collaboration.
  • Deliver increased performance for clients on each integrated channel plan.
  • Measure and manage client satisfaction scoring quarterly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mid‑senior level with confidence in managing mid‑senior level clients and key stakeholders.
  • Multi‑channel planning experience with broad knowledge of channels.
  • Confident presenter and ability to derive consumer and category insight from planning tools.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
