Key responsibilities
This is a key leadership position within the Marketing team, responsible for deepening client relationships, managing cross-service opportunities, and elevating the firm’s client care and retention capabilities. You will also play a critical role in driving operational excellence through effective use of data, feedback, and technology.

Experience
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 5 years in a senior client relationship or business development role within a legal, professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing client feedback systems and CRM platforms.
- Experience in working with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams.
Skills and Attributes
- Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the client lifecycle in legal services.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., InterAction, Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
