We are hiring! We are seeking a commercially minded and client focused Client Relationship Director to lead the firm’s client engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

This is a key leadership position within the Marketing team, responsible for deepening client relationships, managing cross-service opportunities, and elevating the firm’s client care and retention capabilities. You will also play a critical role in driving operational excellence through effective use of data, feedback, and technology.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior client relationship or business development role within a legal, professional services environment.
  • Proven experience managing client feedback systems and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams.

Skills and Attributes

  • Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the client lifecycle in legal services.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., InterAction, Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
