Overview

Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of 1bn+. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of 500m+ works on medium-to-high-rise RC frame structures, mixed-use schemes within the M25 area.
• Based out of their office in East London with travel to sites around the M25.
• Lead planning, pre-construction activities and liaise with client teams, architects and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Stable work history gained with a recognised main contractor or developer.
• Construction Director level experience with strong planning and pre-construction skills.
• Knowledge of current building regulations and experience liaising with architects and subcontractors.

Location & Travel

Based in East London with travel to sites in the M25 area.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary between 160k - 175k + full package & bonus system.
