They are seeking a Construction Director to oversee all operational delivery across multiple projects, providing strategic leadership from pre-construction through to handover. This pivotal role involves directing project teams, ensuring operational excellence, driving programme performance, and maintaining client relationships at senior level. The Role

Provide strategic leadership across all live projects (new build & refurbishment) Oversee construction delivery from pre-construction through to completion Take full accountability for project performance, quality, and profitability Collaborate with the Commercial and Pre-Construction teams on tender strategy and programming Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently achieved Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business growth and repeat work Contribute to board-level decisions and future business strategy

The Candidate

Proven experience as a Construction Director or Senior Contracts Manager within a main contracting environment Strong technical, commercial, and operational understanding Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery and problem-solving Ambition to drive growth and continuous improvement within a progressive contractor
