Overview An established and forward-thinking UK law firm is expanding its national Construction practice and seeking to make a senior strategic hire for Construction in Bristol. This is a rate and exciting opportunity to shape and grow a regional construction presence for a national team that already has a strong reputation across London, the East of England, and beyond. The firm is keen to hear from senior construction solicitors who are open to relocation for the opportunity of Partnership and true autonomy in building a team around you. The position is available at either Director or Equity Partnership level. This senior construction hire will play a key role in building and leading the construction team in Bristol, with support from an established and highly ranked national group. The role can be tailored to suit specialists in either contentious or non-contentious construction law, though a blended skill-set is preferred. Responsibilities Lead the development and leadership of the Bristol construction team with support from the national group. Tailor the role to specialist interests (contentious or non-contentious) while maintaining a blended skill-set to support client requirements. Build and manage client relationships and contribute to strategic growth of the practice in the region. Qualifications

Ideally over 10 years PQE with experience in either contentious or non-contentious construction law Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships Ambitious, driven and looking to take charge of their career Keen to grow a high-performing specialist construction team in Bristol
