Oversee the operational delivery of all IFM services across site, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations. Develop a customer first mindset across the service team and ensure a best in class IFM delivery Leverage technology and data analytics to optimise operations and develop operational efficiencies Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team and implement succession plans Identify and pursue contract growth opportunities through the introduction of new services, technologies, or expanded contract scope.
