Overview

This client focused firm, with offices in the Glasgow area, has moved into the next stage of its succession plan, and due to a recent restructure within the firm, it is currently seeking a Director to support its busy corporate team. This role is based in Glasgow city centre however the firm do operate a hybrid working model.

What the team does

The corporate team provides advice to businesses of all sizes on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial activity including:

• The incorporation, purchase and sale of Companies
• Shareholders’ Agreements
• Business and Asset acquisitions
• The formation of Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships
• The incorporation of Community Interest Companies (CICs)

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have between 2 years PQE all the way up to Partner level.
