A highly successful corporate finance team and accountancy practice based in Exeter that provides the range of lead advisory and transaction services to a diverse client base, acting as trusted advisors throughout the deal process. Clients range from entrepreneurial fast growth starts ups, OMBs and SMEs through to large and significant sized corporate clients. There are excellent prospects for career progression and development in this firm and role, as you will have opportunity to lead and develop this firms corporate finance function delivering on wide ranging project work across all areas of lead advisory, modelling, transaction support and due diligence. Job Description

You will be joining as a Corporate Finance Director and will lead on the management and delivery of projects throughout the deal process, from initial client meetings and deal structuring, financial modelling and plans, proposals, due diligence and seeing projects through to deal completion. Work will cover M&A lead advisory, management buy outs, equity and debt fundraising, due diligence and strategic advisory projects You will lead, grow and manage the team acting as mentor and lead the development of this firms corporate finance function. Alongside this you will drive the growth and develop business. There will be a clear career progression path on offer.

The Successful Applicant

For this Corporate Finance Director level role you may be any of ACA, ACCA, CF qualified, within an accountancy practice background across any of Top 4, Top Ten, Mid Tier, Top 50 or large independent firm background. Or you may have developed your career within a smaller, boutique corporate finance firm environment.

You will have up to 5 yrs or more post qualified experience and you will have developed your career to Corporate Finance Senior Managerial or Director levels. You will be seeking a career move where you can progress and lead a team, carving an influential, key position within this growing highly successful firm.
