Overview Corporate Tax Associate Director - London, City Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice? Our client are looking for an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Planning/ Advisory Specialist at Senior Manager or Associate Director level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients. Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team and grow the business for the Corporate Tax offering. Work closely with the other Partners to shape the team’s growth strategy and autonomy. Manage and deliver a high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients. Provide technical back-up to partners and support entrepreneurial clients with cross-border and complex UK corporate tax issues.
Requirements
Qualified ACA and/or CTA with corporate tax planning/advisory experience. Senior Manager or Associate Director level with evidence of managing a team and developing client relationships. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and other cross-border taxes. Commercial acumen and ability to work with entrepreneurial clients.
