Job Description

• Lead and manage corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for a portfolio of clients.
• Provide expert guidance on tax planning, restructuring, and compliance matters.
• Review and oversee the preparation of corporate tax computations and returns.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure clients remain compliant.
• Support the development and training of junior team members within the tax department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:

• A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
• Extensive experience in corporate tax within the professional services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored tax solutions.
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
