Job title: Creative Director

Location: London (4 days a week on-site)

Salary: Up to £110K

Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Set the creative vision and standards for the agency.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, including art directors and copywriters.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the lead creative representative in client meetings, presenting and defending concepts.
  • Strategic Planning: Translate client briefs and strategic insights into innovative and effective creative campaigns.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all creative output from concept to final production to ensure excellence.
  • Pitch and Presentation: Lead and win new business pitches with compelling creative ideas.
  • Budget & Timeline Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget without compromising quality.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and creative tools to keep the agency\'s work fresh and competitive.

Experience

  • 10+ years in an advertising agency or similar creative leadership role.
  • Proven track record as a senior creative (e.g., Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director).
  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing effective, innovative, and award-winning campaigns.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Demonstrated success in leading client pitches and presentations.
  • Expertise across various media, including digital, print, video, and social media.
