We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director (L6) to lead groundbreaking, multi-channel campaigns for some of the world’s most influential brands. You’ll guide strategy and execution across the vertical business, managing a talented team of art directors, copywriters, and designers to deliver work that inspires customers and drives measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns from brief to launch, partnering with producers and technologists to bring bold ideas to life across platforms (voice, streaming, gaming, custom landing pages, and more).
• Own client relationships, balancing creative ambition with business goals.
• Use data and insights to craft campaign frameworks that connect with customers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, agencies, and partners to establish best practices and raise creative standards.
• Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Online portfolio showcasing campaign strategy, creative direction, and multi-channel work.
• Experience as a Creative Director (agency or brand side), with a background in copywriting or art direction.
• Proven ability to ideate across film, print, digital, social, experiential, and OOH.
• Data-driven mindset with exceptional creative standards and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital advertising or integrated creative leadership.
