Whether our technical skills are based in art direction, copywriting, design, experience design or technology, our currency is ideas.The success of every Droga5 creative will always be tied to their ability to originate, craft and protect ground-breaking, industry-shaping, culture-shifting ideas.A Creative Director is someone who is ready to shape the creative vision for a piece of business, and can run it completely with very minimal oversight. They have strong relationship building skills and can deftly manage clients and their creative leaders. They are often overseeing multiple teams across various pieces of business and have an ability to get the best output from all on their teams.Essential FunctionsOversees multiple pieces of business at once with the ability to time manage and delegateAbility to manage people, both in reviewing work and in guiding their career development and growthIs cross functional in that they can review both copywriting and art direction, regardless of backgroundHandles productions on their own, with minor check-ins and reviews from superiorsHas strong client relationships, and client fully trusts their instincts without the need to go above themContinually pushes work beyond the status quo; is never satisfied with just the basics and always requires more from all departmentsSees all briefs as opportunities and drives members of the team from all departments to take the work a step aboveJob Qualifications7-10 years of experience in advertising or related fieldsPrior creation of award-winning or breakthrough workExperience in managing individuals and teams of peopleAbility to multi-task across multiple pieces of businessStrong interpersonal skills to work internally and with clientsCan work solo, without a partner, if requiredAbout AccentureWe work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
