Deputy Director of DEI & OD – Key Responsibilities Provide senior leadership and overall operational and performance management of the DEI and OD teams to ensure provision of highly effective services that exceed the needs of customers, are innovative, and operate in accordance with statutory requirements, best practice, NHS and Trust policies and procedures.

Provide expert Learning and OD support as required to the Director of DEI and OD, Deputy Chief People Officer, Site Executive Teams, Care Group Triumvirates, Senior Managers and Clinicians. Ensure provision of a wide range of timely and accurate Learning and OD and DEI performance information for corporate, internal and external reporting to the Integrated Commissioning Company (ICS), the London region, the national team and other relevant bodies.
