Deputy Director of Facilities

Venn Group is working with a leading NHS Trust to recruit an experienced Deputy Director of Facilities to successfully lead their teams

Daily rate: £46.23 PAYE

Duration: 8 months

Location: London

The successful candidate will:

• Provide strategic leadership of the Facilities teams and service development for Estates & Facilities Services
• Effective value for money, cost and efficiency improvements
• Liaise with staff and patients
• Ensure provision of a high quality, safe and clean environment
• Provide professional advice and support to the executives, senior managers, clinical colleagues and stakeholders
• Provide effective management of staff accommodation
• Develop and review of Facilities operational risk registers and ownership of facilities incident management
• Provide robust risk mitigation strategies and risk assessment mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with industry and NHS guidance and legislation
• Effectively manage contracted out services to ensure they meet agreed standards, provide high quality delivery and value for money against key performance targets
