Deputy Director of Facilities

Venn Group is working with a leading NHS Trust to recruit an experienced Deputy Director of Facilities to successfully lead their teams

Daily rate: £46.23 PAYE Duration: 8 months Location: London

The successful candidate will: Provide strategic leadership of the Facilities teams and service development for Estates & Facilities Services Effective value for money, cost and efficiency improvements Liaise with staff and patients Ensure provision of a high quality, safe and clean environment Provide professional advice and support to the executives, senior managers, clinical colleagues and stakeholders Provide effective management of staff accommodation Develop and review of Facilities operational risk registers and ownership of facilities incident management Provide robust risk mitigation strategies and risk assessment mitigation plans Ensure compliance with industry and NHS guidance and legislation Effectively manage contracted out services to ensure they meet agreed standards, provide high quality delivery and value for money against key performance targets
