Training and Experience
Essential criteria
- Successful track record as a senior manager within an NHS organisation managing clinical services
- Demonstrate sound financial/staff management
- Evidence of effectively managing change
Desirable criteria
- Experience within an acute hospital setting
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Sound knowledge base of the NHS, the current issues, values and principles of timely local access
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continuing CPD
Desirable criteria
- Degree level education of equivalent
