Training and Experience

Essential criteria

  • Successful track record as a senior manager within an NHS organisation managing clinical services
  • Demonstrate sound financial/staff management
  • Evidence of effectively managing change

Desirable criteria

  • Experience within an acute hospital setting

Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • Sound knowledge base of the NHS, the current issues, values and principles of timely local access

Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Masters Degree or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of continuing CPD

Desirable criteria

  • Degree level education of equivalent
