Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery, UX, strategy, marketing, and technical areas. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain strong senior-level relationships. Qualifications 7+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or consultancy. Proven expertise in managing digital accounts and multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of DXP/CMS websites, product development, and digital marketing.
