Digital Director

The role is to act as a thought leader for PepsiCo, supporting the global and European business in defining and executing their Digital Transformation Agenda – contributing to vision setting, developing a strategy and orchestrating local implementation.
The Digital Director will work in close partnership with the wider central team (Strategy Team, Comms Planning and Data & Audience Solution Teams) to drive the strategic agenda and work with local markets to track adoption of central strategies, identify opportunities and scale learnings, as well as drive TTL agenda across the region.
Responsibilities
Lead collaboration with the central team and local markets to drive the strategic agenda for PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation.
Develop vision and strategy for digital initiatives and orchestrate local implementation.
Partner with the Strategy Team, Comms Planning and Data & Audience Solution Teams to execute central strategies, monitor adoption in local markets, identify opportunities, and scale learnings.
Drive the TTL (Test & Learn) agenda across the Europe region.
About You
Digital planning and buying experience across Paid/Owned/Earned local, global or regional.
Strong knowledge of digital channels and disciplines (expertise in social and working knowledge across programmatic, video, search).
Experience in partnership management (local or global).
Knowledge of core ad tech, buying platforms (DV360/Meta/Google Ads etc.), CDP (e.g., SalesForce), and ad verification technologies (e.g., DoubleVerify).
Ability to use key digital data sources including eMarketer, GWI, Google Trends, social analytics, etc.
Experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Experience managing and developing junior to mid-level team members.
Knowledge and understanding of traditional media.
Experience working with a Data Management Platform to orchestrate and deliver data-led campaigns and rules-based segmentation.
Top-line knowledge of brand research methodologies (Brand Health tracking, Brand uplift studies, etc.).
Hands-on experience in local media planning and buying.

Working pattern: London office three days per week, with the other days available to work remotely. If you have questions about our working pattern, please include them in your application or interview process.
Flexible Working: Omnicom Media Group offers a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote) with core hours 10:30 16:30 to provide flexibility. Standard hours are 9:30 17:30; you can flex around core hours to start earlier or later. For example, start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
