You will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing a holistic digital marketing plan that not only drives commercial performance but also reinvents how the brand connects with its audience in the digital age.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement the overarching digital marketing strategy, covering all online channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content, and affiliates.
• Drive measurable e-commerce growth by optimising customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) across all campaigns and channels.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify new opportunities, and personalise the customer journey.
• Champion digital innovation and consumer insights to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the retail market.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across brand, commercial, and product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proven Digital Marketing Director with significant experience in the retail or consumer e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and introduce fresh thinking.

• Extensive experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
• A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering significant e-commerce revenue growth.
• Deep expertise across the full digital marketing mix, with a particular focus on performance marketing and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels.
