You will lead with influence, shaping strategic client relationships at the highest levels while driving operational excellence across IT and service management.Key responsibilities include:Inspire, mentor, and develop teams, fostering expertise aligned to evolving market needs.Lead and own all aspects of service delivery, including contract performance and reporting.Manage client relationships at senior levels, building trust and long-term partnerships.Drive financial and operational performance, ensuring delivery of business outcomes.Govern end-to-end ITIL-aligned service functions and sign off on new project work.Identify and secure new opportunities, expanding services through strong commercial insight.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleTo succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience of leading major infrastructure programmes, ideally within highly regulated environments.
