OverviewThe Director leading Digital Media Sales in EMEA Education collaborates on strategy execution and growth goals. This senior leader will develop and deliver the plans needed to accomplish these goals through front-line leadership and the sales staff for named accounts, securing deals through marketing efforts.What You'll DoEnsure regional sales execution alignment to the WW Education strategyDaily interaction with leaders, sales representatives, customer success managers and partners across the team and region to maintain line of sight to eliminating challenges and optimize resourcesAssessment of pipeline, sales activity, and forecasts to ensure progress and focus on areas that will deliver 100% plus annual quota attainmentEngage with customer leadership to support sales process and ensure aligned value realization and customer delightCoach managers and sales teams through the development of key sales skills, including market development, prospecting, and complex deal negotiationsMaintain a deep understanding of the state of the business and deliver accurate forecasts during weekly and quarterly business reviewsStay abreast of external EMEA Education market conditions to anticipate challenges and capitalize on successesWork cross-functionally with Education GTM, Operations, Marketing, and BU teams to resolve challenges and align on vision, strategy, and approach to the continued evolution of Education B2B successDefine and present progress against broader strategies and growth opportunities to senior leadership on a quarterly basisQualifications10+ years of software sales management experience ideally passionate about SaaS-based offerings in a combination of business or education sectorsProven ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by running effective processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business, as well as driving growth within existing books of businessProven success in developing and successfully carrying out account plans across K12 and Higher Education accounts, with specific experience encouraging strategic relationships and negotiating and closing both volume and complex dealsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal - including the ability to influence and inspire confidence at the executive levelStrong analytical skills - demonstrating an adeptness and proficiency in applying data to grasp the companys well-being and to ground others in that comprehensionChanging the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about.
