- Manage and direct on-site vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with policies, operational excellence, and safety standards.
- Develop and deliver client-ready event documentation, including itineraries, staffing plans, run-of-show schedules, and post-event recaps with actionable insights.
- Lead client conference calls, meetings, and communications, managing project status with account leads, internal teams, and clients.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and recommend new strategies to clients and the company.

- Extensive knowledge of the global events industry, with insights into sports, sponsorship, and premium hospitality sectors.
- Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategy to delivery, with strong client relationship skills.
- Expertise in corporate hospitality program management, including negotiating with suppliers (F&B, creative services, signage, A/V, transportation, etc.).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client objectives into high-quality solutions.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, maintaining quality and precision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
