Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive customer experience strategy that embeds consistency, innovation and service excellence across every touchpoint. Drive college-wide transformation in how we engage with our customers, reimagining the experience for everyone who connects with us, from examination candidates and members to fellows and learners. Set new standards, develop systems and processes that support seamless engagement, and utilising emerging technologies and data to drive continuous improvement. Inspire teams and influence colleagues at every level, and embed customer‑focussed thinking across a complex organisation using insight, innovation and automation to improve engagement and impact.

Qualifications

Proven track record in leading large‑scale service transformation. Clear ability to inspire teams and influence colleagues at every level. Understanding of how to embed customer‑focussed thinking across a complex organisation. Strategic foresight combined with practical delivery.
