Role: Director of Franchise Sales
Location: Hybrid – London based (regular travel to studios, occasional travel within the UK)
Role Summary:
The Director of Franchise Sales will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of Deblankson’s Club Pilates brand across the United Kingdom. This individual will drive franchise sales by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new franchise partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified franchise leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital channels. Manage inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to prospective investors and entrepreneurs.
- Sales & Pipeline Management: Conduct needs assessments and discovery calls to evaluate potential franchisee fit. Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the business model, ROI potential, and brand support systems. Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to signing the franchise agreement. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and reporting activity to leadership.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners. Collaborate with internal teams (real estate, operations, marketing) to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent the Club Pilates brand.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the boutique fitness space. Provide feedback to leadership to inform strategic decisions and expansion planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or franchise sales (fitness, wellness, or hospitality experience is advantageous).
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting metrics.
