This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a seasoned Director with a strong track record in transformation and change within housing services.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering strategic plans across repairs, maintenance, and asset management, ensuring full compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards.

You must be an established Director with at least 4 years’ experience within a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
