As IT Director you’ll join an expanding insurance organisation currently undertaking a suite of transformational technology programmes. They are evolving into a technology and data-led business, with this role at the forefront of its modernisation journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technology strategy across the business, including several in-flight cloud transformation programmes.
• Build strong relationships across the business and technology teams to ensure smooth and effective technology change initiatives.
• Bring previous insurance experience to drive technology and innovation across the business.
• Experience leading post-acquisition technology integration across varied IT environments.
• Demonstrable experience as Head of IT/IT Director within the insurance industry and a deep understanding of its operational and regulatory landscape.
• Technically proficient leader from a Programme/Delivery background to help deliver a number of technical projects.
• Provide leadership across core technology pillars including Product Development, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data.
