Your Role

• Lead high-end interiors from pitch to delivery

• Drive business development and client engagement

• Grow and mentor an interiors team

• Collaborate across disciplines with top-tier creatives

What You’ll Need ✨

• 10+ years in interiors (hospitality or large-scale focus)

• Exceptional design flair & leadership energy

• Proven BD experience and team growth success

• A portfolio full of bold, inspiring work
