Lead the charge in shaping strategic client partnerships across the UK and EMEA as our new Director of Key Accounts.

With scope to shape account plans, elevate client relationships to C-level, and embed executive sponsorship programmes, this role offers a dynamic platform for strategic leadership and professional growth.

Your key responsibilities as a Director of Key Accounts will include:

• Leading and managing a geographically dispersed team of Key Account Managers to ensure high levels of client engagement and performance.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with business objectives, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Client Success to drive account growth and reduce churn.
• Overseeing client contracts, renewals, and compliance, while enhancing onboarding and reporting processes.
• Representing the firm at industry events and providing regular updates to executive leadership on performance and market trends.
  

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Director of Key Accounts: 

• You must have extensive experience in account management or sales within financial services or preferably asset management.
• You will have proven leadership experience directly managing a preferably globally dispersed team.
• You should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a track record of driving account growth.
• You must be proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and familiar with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
