Role Overview The Director of Litigation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution across Lycamobile’s global operations. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with strong commercial acumen, deep litigation expertise, and experience managing multi-jurisdictional legal matters. You will work closely with senior leadership, external counsel, and cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters across jurisdictions, including civil, commercial, regulatory, and employment-related cases. Act as the key point of contact for external legal counsel, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and strategic handling of litigation. Advise the executive team and board members on litigation strategy, legal risk, and case developments. Oversee pre-litigation dispute resolution, negotiations, settlements, and mediation processes. Work closely with internal legal, compliance, HR, and finance teams to gather documentation and prepare for legal proceedings.
