Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission.Role and responsibilitiesYou will be the functional expert for all things couriers, ensuring we achieve operational KPIs and identifying areas to invest to improve performance.Collaborate with country teams to help them reach key operational metrics and guide focus areas.Set the strategy to improve service while boosting operational efficiency across operations.Design, build, and iterate on operational playbooks to improve performance at different stages of a city’s lifecycle.Work closely with the Product team to shape courier product strategy, roll out key new products, and enhance the overall courier proposition while remaining compliant.Manage assets and logistics distribution so couriers have the correct kit and merchants have tablets, while improving logistics network efficiency.About you10+ years of experience in Operations leading large teams with experience in operating in matrix structures across multiple geographies.Ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational detail; data-informed decision making.Analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex problems and driving 1% improvements through clear processes.Strong leadership and people skills to drive change and develop teams.Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders through evidence and subject matter expertise.Why you’ll love it herePlay a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.Impact millions of customers and partners in 500+ cities across 45 countries.Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with talented colleagues.Fast-track your professional growth with unique career opportunities.Competitive salary and stock option package, with hybrid-working flexibility.Wellness perks to support physical and mental health.Perks may differ depending on location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
