The Opportunity

As Operations Director, you’ll report directly to the founders and take full ownership of day-to-day operations, commercial performance, team development, and strategic planning. You’ll build and lead high-performing teams, streamline systems, and drive a culture of excellence across every site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple high-performing London restaurants
• Drive commercial and service performance through people and process
• Develop and implement systems to support expansion and consistency
• Build strong, motivated teams with a focus on training and retention
• Partner with the founders to define and execute the long-term growth strategy

About You

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a premium, multi-site hospitality business
• A balance of commercial acumen and brand sensitivity
• Hands-on leadership style with a deep understanding of restaurant operations
• Strategic thinker with the operational rigour to scale successfully
• Passionate about food, guest experience, and modern hospitality culture

Salary & Package

• £100,000 – £110,000 depending on experience
