Job Title: Operations Director / Second-in-Command

We are seeking a highly capable, execution-driven leader to act as the founder’s right hand - bringing operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the business scales without losing its entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach the Senior Leadership Team across Sales, Lettings, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Implement systems and processes to improve performance, accountability, and scalability. Own and deliver strategic projects from conception to completion. Partner with the founder to refine, challenge, and execute ideas. Be the operational heartbeat of the business, ensuring momentum and results.
